Excel Specialty is a manufacturer of electrical harnesses,
wire leads, pre-wired conduit assemblies (whips), battery straps,
grounding straps and electromechanical assemblies. We also custom
manufacture heat shrink markers and hot stamped cable ties. Our
heat shrink markers are available in PVC, Polyolefin and Teflon.
Our harnesses and markers are manufactured and certified UL and
CSA depending on you needs. Because we are a value added manufacturer
and make products only to our customers specifications we can
not list all the components we use or assemblies we make. We welcome
your inquires from R&D, prototyping as well as full production
runs from 100 to 1,000,000.
We are able to make single wire leads like this small two inch one shown to the left, all the way to highly complex assemblies, like this one that is used in X-ray equipment on the right. In addition we gladly accept large and small volume assemblies. For large volume requirements or those needing the best possible ecinomics we are able to source at cooperating facilities in China though we are able to produce large runs in the USA. We can also provide quality control on finished goods and take care of an modifications in the US on imported products. Excel Specialty is able to track orders from quote through production to shipping to ensure the best possible speed, economics and quality.
